My projects centre the process and experience of group members, using participatory and collaborative practices. These projects are creative, co-produced, and give participants the tools to decide how they want to tell their histories.

I developed and led a project created by LLDC for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford to address a need to capture the diverse migration histories and languages of Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

I designed this project to explore what history is with women from different migrant backgrounds at Creating Ground CIC in Greenwich. Thanks to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, I facilitated weekly workshops over 6 months and delivered training in how to take ownership of history.

I am overseeing how history can be used for social change in this project that uses historical expertise from Dr Anna Maguire at UCL History, community organising approaches from Citizens UK, and co-production expertise from campaign Leaders at Creating Ground.

I provided campaign and communications support for the Together With Refugees coalition during their evaluation period. I gained a detailed understanding of the Refugee Sector among the British Red Cross, Refugee Action, Refugee Council, One Strong Voice and over 450+ grassroots organisations across the UK campaigning for refugee justice.
